GVREIT holds the Meeting of Trust Unitholders No.1/2025, demonstrating strong continued growth in fiscal year 2024 with an 8.02% distribution yield at par price

Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Limited or "FPCAMT", as the REIT Manager of Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust or "Golden Ventures REIT (GVREIT)", held the Meeting of Trust Unitholders No.1/2025 via electronic means (E-Meeting) to report on GVREIT's performance for fiscal year 2024 (1 October 2023 - 30 September 2024) for unitholders' acknowledgement.

GVREIT's financial performance revealed total investment revenue of 1,145.70 million baht and net investment profit of 709.32 million baht, representing 62% of total investment revenue. GVREIT maintained average occupancy rates of 87% for Sathorn Square and 95% for Park Ventures. The trust’s total distributions of 0.7920 baht per unit were distributed quarterly to unitholders during fiscal year 2024, amounting to a distribution yield of 8.02%.

During the year, the trust operated in accordance with its established policies and plans, focusing on Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEIs) for both buildings in its portfolio to increase their value proposition in a highly competitive market with new office building supply. The trust also adapted to technological changes and tapped on building usage behaviour to enhance tenant experience, whilst conducting year-round asset marketing activities. As a result, the trust maintained an average occupancy rate of approximately 89%, which is higher than the market average.
