Golden Ventures REIT announces Q3FY22 performance with distribution payment of THB 0.2010 per unit

Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited or “FPCAMT”, the REIT manager of Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GVREIT”), announced the Q3FY22 REIT performance (April - June 2022), attaining a total revenue of THB 286.5 million, and 3/2022 distribution payment at THB 0.2010 per trust unit. The total distribution accounts for over THB 163.77 million, which will be payable on September 14, 2022.
Throughout past quarters, FPCAMT had been committed to operating its business with a focus on constantly building and maintaining good relationships with tenants, complying with the defined framework of plans and strategies. With all those efforts, the REIT thus maintained a good occupancy rate in Q3 with the occupancy rates of Park Ventures Ecoplex and Sathorn Square achieving 95% and 90% respectively.
Ms. Chantraporn Chan, Managing Director of Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited, said: “As we entered the second half of the year, we saw gradual improvement to the market situation even though the economy continues to encounter risks and pressures. In Q3 FY22, FPCAMT was able to manage the REIT in line with the formulated plans and strategies, as well as closely and consistently analyzing and monitoring situations that can potentially affect the operations, taking into account the best interests of the trust unitholders.”
