Golden Ventures REIT highlights its strong FY2021 performance with a dividend distribution of 7.77% at Annual General Meeting by Electronic Mean (E-AGM)

BANGKOK, 25 JANUARY 2022

Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited or “FPCAMT”, the REIT manager of Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GVREIT”), announced its strong financial performance for FY2021 at its Annual General Meeting by Electronic Mean (E-AGM) on 24 January 2022. For the financial year ended 30 September 2021, it recorded total revenue of THB 1,121.97 million. Its FY2021 net profit was THB 718.18 million, or 64% of total revenue. The REIT manager also acknowledged FY2021 dividend yield of 7.77% based on the par of GVREIT as of 30 September 2021.

The E-AGM was broadcast from Victor Club, 8th floor, Sathorn Square Building on 24 January 2022, offering a safe solution for unitholders to participate in, and seek clarification of any question raised from the unitholder at the end of each acknowledged agenda, clarified by the board of the REIT manager and the REIT’s management team.
