GVREIT announces distribution payment of THB 0.1765 for Q4FY2021

Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited or “FPCAMT”, the REIT manager of Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GVREIT”), announced FY2021 results as at 30 September 2021, with total revenue of THB 1,121.97 million and net revenue on investments of THB 718.18 million. This contributed to net profit on investments at 64%.

GVREIT’s distribution payment from its fourth quarter operations (1 July – 30 September 2021) is THB 0.1765 per unit. The total distribution of THB 143.81 million will be made on 24 December 2021. The accumulated distribution of GVREIT for FY2021 is THB 0.7677 per unit.

As part of Frasers Property’s drive towards achieving the Group’s sustainability goals, GVREIT participated for the first time in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) assessment. GRESB is global ESG benchmark for real assets that institutional investors, fund managers, companies and asset operators globally pay attention to. GVREIT’s portfolio assets, Park Ventures Ecoplex and Sathorn Square, were assessed for energy efficiency, sustainability and environmental quality in accordance to the GRESB framework.

Ms. Chantraporn Chan, Managing Director of Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited said: “With challenges from COVID-19, FPCAMT, as the REIT manager, has extended relief measures to tenants. The Company also reinforced health and safety standards at our properties for the well-being of our tenants and the community. The average occupancy rate remains healthy at 95%, which is higher than the average occupancy rate in the market. As at 30 September 2021, the occupancy rates of Park Ventures Ecoplex and Sathorn Square are strong at 97% and 94% respectively. FPCAMT will continue to monitor the situation closely and remain prudent in our portfolio management in order to generate sustainable returns to our trust unitholders.”
